“Wow! I had a great experience I was coming in today to get my son his first cell phone I walked in and I was greeted right away they told me someone will be with me right away. I sat at one of the tables and I was observing every employee was helping customers. I was impressed by how the handled all the customers with good customer service. I observed some rude and unruly customers they where trying to access an account to transfer numbers to different phones I happened to overhear the conversation and the store employee kindly told them they could not access accounts without proper identification the customers where very rude to the staff but the staff remained clam and professional and kindly Kelly telling them they can’t access phone accounts without proper id’s the customers kept saying they go to other store in the area and they access accounts without asking for their ids then the manger came over and told them the same and they finally left. I was impressed that they protect accounts and follow proper procedures and they did it in a very calm polite manner. Then the employee came to me and my son greeted us with a smile and asked me what I was here for I told them I was getting my son his first phone the employee was so polite let my son pick his own number and guided me thru the phone purchase process they got me a iPhone 17e which is on promotion I was lucky to get that price they talked to me about insurance and what it covers and recommended that which is good idea cause I don’t want to buy another phone. I was impressed by the way everyone in the handled everything the manger stopped by to ask if I was ok and if I had any questions or concerns he helped the employee while I was there. Definitely a great impression on me and I will recommend this store to others.”
