“First of all I was upset about something when I got to the storage I called the company corporate number and said I want out! I wanted a refund but they asked that I wait until the manager calls me back! First thing today he called me back and handled everything switched my unit and was so kind and also provided help. I am so happy I decided to stay give that’s guys a chance the manager is trying to fix the place up and get it back to the top these things take time. I’m so appreciative of them.

“The storage faci6is very clean, and they provide large rolly carts and elevators for you. Also there are dumpsters to help with trash and recycling. You can back your truck up to the bay that is near the elevator and it's just a nice temperature controlled place to store holiday or seasonal items. It's helped me a lot since I moved to the area. Also, when I called this last time, the customer service lady was so nice!!”

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Dauda Jalloh, the General Manager, and Jabrie for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a U-Haul location.
From the moment I walked in, the entire place stood out. This was by far the most organized, professional, and customer-friendly U-Haul I have ever visited. Everything was handled efficiently, but what really made the difference was how welcoming and understanding the team was.
Dauda went above and beyond to help me with my situation and made sure I felt taken care of. Instead of just treating me like another transaction, he took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and find a fair solution. Jabrie was also extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process.
Moving can be stressful, but having a team like this makes a huge difference. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism and genuine customer care. I would absolutely recommend this U-Haul location to anyone who needs a rental or moving services.
