“Christian is an exceptionally good manager of this facility. He is thoughtful, considerate, polite, and knows the policies. The loading docks are uncluttered and organized far better than before and people who lease the units are following the rules as well. I am very pleased with the improvements and know they will continue under Christian’s leadership.”

“I was going through some difficult times and wasn't sure of the storage arrangements that had been make before me at Fort Knox Self Storage. Kylie was very patient and kind and helped making my experience smooth and efficient. I don't live in the area of Falls Church but if I did I DEFINITELY would continue to keep my belongings there. Thank you for all the help and patience.”

“The storage faci6is very clean, and they provide large rolly carts and elevators for you. Also there are dumpsters to help with trash and recycling. You can back your truck up to the bay that is near the elevator and it's just a nice temperature controlled place to store holiday or seasonal items. It's helped me a lot since I moved to the area. Also, when I called this last time, the customer service lady was so nice!!”

“First Id like to say the man running this place and his family are heaven sent. For people that may not know, this place is very loving towards the community. Today they have food that includes fruits, vegetables, snacks, sodas, juices, oven ready food, bread, potatoes etc that they give to anyone in need. The heart they have for their community was refreshing to see in this crazy world we are living in. If your reading this, and your in the community please stop by.”

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Dauda Jalloh, the General Manager, and Jabrie for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a U-Haul location. From the moment I walked in, the entire place stood out. This was by far the most organized, professional, and customer-friendly U-Haul I have ever visited. Everything was handled efficiently, but what really made the difference was how welcoming and understanding the team was. Dauda went above and beyond to help me with my situation and made sure I felt taken care of. Instead of just treating me like another transaction, he took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and find a fair solution. Jabrie was also extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. Moving can be stressful, but having a team like this makes a huge difference. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism and genuine customer care. I would absolutely recommend this U-Haul location to anyone who needs a rental or moving services. Thank you, Dauda and Jabrie, for making this experience a great one!”
