It was a very slow experience. I understand that it can be busy at one time but there were multiple people waiting in line while 1 of the 2 check-in attendants played on his phone. It's perfectly fine otherwise but not the best customer service

Place was great. Van was in perfect condition with all the stuff we rented in the back, ready to go. Employees quickly got us the keys on pickup, and quickly handled drop off.
