He has consistently demonstrated his extreme competence and OBVIOUS CARE for the facility and his CUSTOMERS. The well-maintained buildings are NECESSARY, but ONLY having them is insufficient; the company needs to hire and retain GREAT people such as Tony R. at the South Four-Mile Run location. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable about the business, and he is really pleasant to talk to, as well! Every time I come to the facility, I honestly feel like I’m visiting family. Even my son loves it. Meleah truly cares—not only about her customers, but also about the facility itself. “I waited months to write this review of CityStash's storage and delivery of my daughter's college dorm necessities. At the end of last year many parent's were asking for recommendations about storage services in the DC area. There are many choices, but after doing my research I chose City Stash. Navigating storage of first year dorm stuff was a new experience and a bit overwhelming so I started it months in advance. CityStash was always responsive to any questions I had and emailed me back within 24 hours. What I liked most is that they store odd sized items such as wall mirrors, fridges and mattress toppers. You can store other items in your own boxes or use their heavy duty plastic boxes. The day came to pick up on move out day, everything went seamless. The exact can be said when they returned the items for her sophomore year. Everything was in pristine condition, no damages or unwanted smells. They are so efficient and you don't have to lift a finger to assist. Everything is picked up and delivered right to the room, which is so nice. The price is very fair and I will be so happy to recommend them to other parents who need storage next summer. Thank you so much City Stash for taking the stress out of moving in and out of college.”

“I called a bunch of moving companies for our move from DC to Atlanta (moving out of a four storey townhouse) and Matthew's came in the cheapest, with outstanding reviews, no hidden fees, all terms explained up front. I was looking for a local company with the same crew (not a crew that is contracted out as many of the large chains do) for both moving out and moving in, and a dedicated truck with my things only. I'm so glad I found Matthew's. They were beyond fantastic and made a stressful experience so much calmer. Alex, Tyrone, Mike, and Edgar were our movers, they moved everything carefully (including a 300lbs table), they were cheerful throughout (not sure how when they were working hard all day), and everything was intact when we got to Atlanta. I'll definitely be recommending Matthew's Nationwide Moving to anyone moving to / from the DMV.”
