Don't allow your elderly parent or love one open an account here by themselves. They took advantaged of my dad and still haven't returned his Money after claiming his check was fraudulent which is a TOTAL lie. I personally called the customer service department that the manager "KAZEEM SUNDO " asked me to call and they confirmed my dad's check is not fraudulent and that the branch needs to refund my dad his money. Conveniently, i called back and no one picked up the phone, i left a message.. Customer service gave me phone numbers of people to contact if my dad doesn't receive his money by Friday 11/3/23. Manager of the branch very unprofessional, incompetent and needs to be investigated for suspicious activities! I would be very careful opening an account at this branch!

TD BANK is getting such a terrible rating idk what is happening to this bank the app does not reflect reality, the customer service is terrible, I don't know if other banks are better but boy has TD bank given me so many headaches over the past few weeks, TD BANK is a terrible bank

The worst bank ever!!! I was waiting for an hour because a teller was not able to do his job and finish another client's request. Ultimately I left since I didn't have more time to wait. It's a shame!!! TD fix your branch!!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES AND USE ANOTHER LOCATION. I Only use this location for emergency’s. I do the same business transactions bi-weekly and only at this location I deal with ridiculously long wait times and Deal with rude tellers. This happened multiple times, with the most recent being over an hour.I even stopped using the drive-thru and started going to insIde the avoid this nightmare teller responsible. However, she is accepting your order at the inside window and covering the drive-thru transactions at the same timeline. Every 15-20 minutes finishing 1 and starting on the next complaining also have to deal with her rude behavior about the number of transactions.There must be some health issues or being intoxicated while working but this is your job there no need to take it out on customers. Basic withdraw and transactions are not that difficult. This has happen on multiple occasions and would not recommend the service from this location. I wish I hadn’t had so many vendors linked to my business account so I could take my money some place else.

I waited in the exterior lobby for the bank to open. At about 830 am (opening time) a male employee (identified by customer service as Carlos) yelled to me from behind the teller counter (across the bank) they would not be opening on time because they needed to get into the vault. I have no idea what that means. Why they didn't come to the door to explain it to me without yelling across the lobby baffles me. At about 836 am Carlos walks over to the door, opens it slightly to tell myself and the other waiting customer they will not assist us in the lobby, we needed to go to the drive thru. My husband and I went to the drive thru. I asked for his and his co-worker's names. Carlos refused to provide their names and said "it's company policy" to not provide their names. This is in fact not true. TD Bank's policy is to provide their first names. I took a photo of him so I could later identify him to his supervisor, if needed. Carlos told me through the speaker he did not give permission for his photo to be taken and would be calling the authorities on me. Overall this was a poor experienc. I'm disappointed we were yelled at from across the lobby, the employee refused his name, lied about company policy and threatened police action against a customer. It's clear Carlos has some additional customer service training needed. I have been a customer of TD Bank since 2006 or so. This is the first time I have ever been treated so poorly. I hope to hear from Mearg or his supervisor soon to discuss the situation. I'm happy to update my review if the resolution is reasonable.

Todays Tuesday at 3pm- lobby is closed, this is not posted on the site just a sign on the door. The atm in the lobby does not accept deposits, not sure why, maybe because it’s full? Either way, the line for the drive thru is so long. TD bank please post this on your site next time so your customers are not wasting their time

Online and signs at branch say the lobby and drive thru are open at 8:30am. It's 8:43 and they still aren't open.

The bad branch I ever visit. I come at 5 pm To open new account . I spoke to Dina she told me I we’ll wait about 30 to 40 minutes. Or you can go and come back before 6 pm . I said that’s fine . I we’ll drop off my kids home and come back. I come back at 5;40 . After waiting 20 minutes. The manger told me sorry you have to go and come back tomorrow. What a bad first impression about the place
