I went to this bank a week ago to get the address—which I needed because I am new to this state and I received the worst treatment from the manager; all she said was that she couldn't help me, even though I had updated my address in the app a few days before arriving.

The branch manger Cilenia is such a great help. She is professional and enthusiastic about her work. I am so grateful she finally solved my problems when no one could.
