(I think he has actually been there for 18 yrs) It is the friendly, helpful and genuine sincerity that I appreciate so much. They are the best!”

“The address of a package I shipped through this UPS Store to a friend in Chicago had the incorrect address on it (it was off by the last two numbers in the street address which had been accidentally switched) and was never delivered to her because it was lost after the address had been corrected. In the process of trying to locate the package before it went missing, I went to this store hoping they might have more insight into where it could be than me. I spoke with Frankie, who not only checked on the location of the package, but also made a note for her manager, Andrew, to contact me the following day. The next day Andrew not only contacted UPS customer service on my behalf to find out the package had been lost, but also filled a lost package claim for me so I could be reimbursed for the contents of the lost package. Frankie and Andrew were so helpful, especially Andrew, whose assistance went above and beyond what I thought I would get when I asked for the store's help. Will continue to ship packages at UPS, especially from this store, because of the excellent customer service I've received here.”
