“I had a book to print off and it was giving me so much trouble. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, & patient. As things on my side seemed to be going haywire and I was getting overwhelmed with the enormous amount of people that seemed to come in all at once the staff was incredible. They stayed calm, they worked together, they were satisfying all the needs of the customers, no one in the store lost their cool. Because my project was big I was there for it all. After the crowd was gone and pace slowed they just continued on getting things done in the store. It ran like a well oiled machine and I appreciated that and all the staff. “I had to return multiple large boxes. When I arrived at the facility, the staff went above and beyond to help me. Several staff members brought out carts to help move or large boxes and the wonderful women at the counter reprinted my shipping labels so that I didn't have to tape 11 labels to the boxes. The crew even helped me physically move the boxes and were incredibly nice. They made the process really simple and stress-free.
