“I've been a sneaker collector & enthusiast for many years, it's nice to not have to go all the way to RVA or Lynchburg to pick up a new pair. Due to this store being a smaller store they're not always able to get QS/Tier 1 releases but if you're able to get your hands on a pair like that online you can ship them to the store to pick them up there with piece of mind that it isn't just sitting on your porch. Staff is always friendly & helpful. And while some of the younger staff aren't as knowledgeable as someone who's been in the game for nearly 20 years, they're learning. We all started out somewhere. Support your local sneaker spot, because we dreamed of this back in the early 2010s.”
“First time visiting Shoe Show because I'm not local to the area. I usually shop at shoe carnival or rack room. All I'm going to say is when I left this place I felt like I committed a robbery. I got 2 pair of shoes worth $65 each for $70 so it was basically buy 1 get 1 free. They had plenty of shoes on stock to choose from. I read a previous review complaining about employees having to go to the back to retrieve the matching shoe. Unfortunately the store is forced to have only 1 shoe on display of certain brand names because knuckle heads have been stealing them. I found nothing wrong with this store other than having to listen to picky customers giving the staff a hard time.”
“I love that they carry a variety of sizes! They separate the store XS to plus size. You don't have to dig through racks to find your size. You just go to the section you need! The store is clean and very organized! The one thing that upset me was that as I was buying a jewelry set (Necklace with ratings and a matching bracelet. Only one left too!) we noticed the bracelet was missing. They allowed me to purchase it, but didn't offer a small discount on it. I've had several stores in the past take a couple dollars off. I'm not letting it stop me from shopping there! Still a nice place!”
