“This is the bank I use when I have to go inside. It is always the same teller working who has been there for forever who welcomes you by your name if you come there often. Sometimes there is a wait but never more than 5 mins this wait is usually due to an older person who doesn't understand something.”

“I just moved in from out-of-state, got my first paycheck from my new job, it was a handwritten paycheck. They allowed me to deposit it and get cash back from it without a hold on it. I'm an OTR (over-the-road) truck driver and that was very important to have travel money! A card on the and way I had cash in my hand to continue without missing a beat! Thanks y'all!”

“Very good with help in closing my mothers accounts after her death. Brenda Hunt at your Rocky Mount office is likely your best employee. She knows what you need.”

“Abby Garcia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in opening an Estate Account for the sale of my parents house. She advised me ahead of time of what information would be needed for next steps. She contacted me directly to notify me of needed information. Thank you!!!”
