“I have been with them for ages, and they are always just the nicest and most helpful people even when I have the oddest paperwork requests (had a whole account verification stupid with another company when I was linking my account and they worked with me over a few days to help me solve it and get me everything I needed). Good interest rates, sweet people. Big shout out to Aaron who always ends up helping me out when I need to pop by for anything in person. Excellent service, great mobile banking, built in Zelle transfers for P2P, easy to use your debit account overseas, amazing account options. I highly recommend them and have never had an issue that wasn't easy to fix!”

“This afternoon I located a ~$1600 dollar check that was three years old, from a federal credit Union in VA Beach that was part of an estate settlement that had gotten misplace. Neither of my two banks would cash it. BethB of DCCU, Stuarts Draft, talked with other staff, made at least one phone call to the federal credit union in VA Beach and got authorization to deposit the check. Beth thank you for going above and beyond.”

“The newest DuPont in are area is my favorite. They have two private ATM rooms inside the bank, I really enjoy the privacy and safety of that feature. All branches offer members Coffee or water in the lobby area. I appreciate that DCCU prompts good health by having tellers stand, but hope they get frequent breaks. The Fishersville location has beautiful decor with white brick with banks correlating colors and logos. They hosted an absolute great Open House and I will be sure to be back. If it's raining no worries, this smaller location offers to ATM machine lane's right outside their doors.”
