“I've used this car wash many times and it's always been a great experience. Even if there has ever been an issue, which I understand happens, mechanical things break sometimes, the owners have responded super quickly and resolved any problems. I highly recommend this location!”
“Scheduling was easy and Mike was able to get me on his schedule within a week. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning dirty and in dire need of a wax job. That afternoon it looked like s brand new vehicle both inside and out I highly recommend him and will definitely be back. I also would say he is reasonably priced for the level of work, attention to detail, and time spent on my vehicle.”

“Absolutely outstanding experience! From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looks absolutely amazing, like it just came off the showroom floor! You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about making their customers happy.
I highly recommend B&B Car Cleaning to anyone looking for quality work, attention to detail, and great customer service. I will definitely be coming back!”
“Rented a U-Haul here and unexpectedly fell sick just 30 minutes later. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding and did their best to help me with such an unexpected event. Highly recommend because of the customer service excellence. I’m sure it extends to the rest of the shop’s services”
“Great customer service and personal attention to my needs. I am from out of town and my 4 year old son an allergic reaction to the animal feed from a drive through animal farm. I needed to vacuum out my truck and I’m not a member. The two gentlemen didn’t even charge me. Thank you so much to both of you gents for making this dad’s life just a little less stressful far from home. Thank you so much to the entire Tidal Wave Auto Spa Team in Staunton VA, taking the time to listen to your patrons and responding kindly in their time of need is truly what customer service is all about.”
“I would have to say this is the best if not one of the best detail jobs I have ever got in my 63 years of living . These folks are reasonable priced the work they do speaks for itself. My wife's car and mine looked brand new. This is not one of those places where you can walk in and get a appointment right away. They are really busy and your going to have to wait but the wait will be well worth it. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”
“The only car wash I use. You know why? Because middle of winter every selection I choose immediately starts working properly. The soap gets soap in it, the tire cleaner is cleaning, oh snap you want some tri-color conditioner or wax? BAM you got it but the best part of it all my friend is that these people are about they business. You can pay literally in almost every way. Cash, card, Bitcoin, Quarters, I mean Jesus Christ and it's only 3 dollars to activate. Like boy I used to be a Miracle cars wash guy but boy now I realize how mistreated i have been. I don't even look at other car washes anymore because I just don't think you top this.”

“It is as expected for the area. Nothing fancy. I do prefer the scrubbers in the automatic wash over everyone else's spray only. Tidal wave os good, but for this 3rd shifter, this is more convenient.”
“I like going to Peterson because the automatic car wash does a good job and its quick and they have a monthly membership which is fairly cheap. The workers there are always friendly. They also give out tokens to kids for a free ice cream cone or cup from klines across the street.”
“Very good automatic & manual machines, free towels, vacuums and tire scrub makes this a good car wash. Clean, well lit and 24 hour availability makes this a GREAT car wash!”

“This supports the athletic and academics to my alma mater from my understanding. Recently, the owners have upgraded the car wash to a touch Free system which has been a welcomed addition along with the beautiful neon lights they installed. I frequent this car wash any time I'm in the Stuart's Draft area. For those unfamiliar with this location they also have vacuums located in the back as well as 2-3 handheld wash bays. I love the Cougar Car Wash!!!!! I would like to see more of a variety of air fresheners :)”

“I used Chris to remove a scratch from my hood that I had inadvertently caused with a snow scrapper. He was friendly, professional, responsive and his quote was very reasonable. Did an excellent job; I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend speaking with him about your detailing needs. Kenneth Fox, Charlottesville, VA”
