“I only had good experiences with this pharmacy. My ONLY complaint is that these ladies are required to deliver medication to strangers' vehicles outside in all types of weather after dark. That's not a SAFE practice in any measure! Why would ANYONE put their safety in jeopardy like this? This doesn't make a bit of sense.”

“Good selection, particularly organic and more exotic. Great food bars and good wine selection. Organization is weird sometimes, but you get it eventually. Cashiers in short supply sometimes.”
“Nice Walmart. It’s clean and stocked well. The older gentlemen who are greeters are very nice. Just wish truck drivers wouldn’t park in the parking lot taking up spots. Some days there are at least 3-4 trucks parked. I personally like to park far out. They also have a tendency to block the entrances to turn into the parking lot because it’s not wide enough for them to properly turn out. Minor inconvenience as a shopper but still.”
“Walmart Market is a great addition to Waynesboro. Nice knowing the same products are in all stores.
It's February and they are gearing up for Valentine's Day, store is still clean, fairly well stocked and associates are ready to help you.

“After difficulties with corporately owned pharmacies, this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. They seem to keep needed medications on hand, fill orders quickly, communicate clearly, and are reliably open as scheduled. The staff are always pleasant to work with as well.”

“I am visiting this Kroger more frequently now that I am not living in Cville. It is clean and well organized, and unlike every Food Lion, there is a day-old bakery rack and several self-checkout lanes. These are things that this 50-year-old thrifty introvert can appreciate.”
“Kroger on Arch Avenue has been a stable on the east side of the City of Waynesboro for many many years. Recently, it seems they have done subtle changes to the store and layout. There is a great amount of parking along with a small gas and convenience store in the parking lot. I do think they could use more employees on the the floor but there a couple employees that have been here for years and always available if you need help. Anytime, I'm on this side of town, I use this Krogers.”
“Honestly the best and most efficient pharmacy around. Was scared to come here because I don’t like going into Walmart bc of its chaos but the pharmacy is so well ran and organized I am so glad I switched.”

“Conveniently located just inside the store. Staff are very helpful and the line usually moves quickly. RXs phoned in normally available for pick up in 2-3 hours. For RXs transmitted by the medical providers office, you will get an automated message when it's ready. Most items are in stock but if not, then it's usually only 1-2 days before the have it in stock. Vaccines are available on a walk-in and appointment basis. Pharmacists are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and will provide assistance with OTC products as well.”

“Today was my first experience at this pharmacy. I switched because, if you’re familiar with other area pharmacies you would know that all of them are short staffed and you have to wait days to get scripts. I called before going to pick them up and was told that my scripts would be ready in an hour. I arrived, the line was long but that’s to be expected in this area. Staff was friendly, even came out to sanitize counter area after a mask wearing, presumably sick customer left. Definitely a pleasant experience. Scripts were actually ready! Thank you”
“Line was backed up two people working front and always go get prescription and they say will be 15 minutes get 200 feet away and get text it's ready then you have to get back in line and wait agian.”

“I made an appointment for my COVID-19 booster shot the day of through CVS’s website and was given the vaccine 30 minutes before my scheduled time as I got to the pharmacy early. There was only one pharmacist working, Elizabeth, who is the pharmacy manager. CVS, if you are reading this, please give this manager an amazing recognition and a raise. I have never seen a pharmacist working ALONE work so diligently while being calm even with a long line. She also delivered spectacular and genuine customer service. I’m a pharmacist myself so I definitely understand how stressful working a shift alone can be in a retail setting. Even though I told her I can wait, she didn’t lose sight of the order of patients that were in line and I did not have to wait very long at all. The shot itself was painless and Elizabeth was very organized throughout the whole process. I would 100% refer friends and family to this CVS location and was very pleased with my first visit.”
“I have had good service at the Staunton Virginia WalMart. I recognize that, like most WalMart stores, there is a shortage of employees to accommodate the large number of customers. This is not by any means the employees fault. That would be a management issue.I also had a very positive experience with the Staunton WalMart Pharmacy.I transferred several prescriptions from out of state and was able to renew and pickup my medications within hours. I appreciate good, reliable service.”

“I thank Mike, the Pharmicist, for helping to save my life in September 2023. I was having heart failure and my doctor prescribed a new medication for me to start immediately! This was a Friday evening at closing time for all doctors offices. The first medication prescribed was the best one but I couldn't afford it. Mike studied my files and had my doctor approve the less expensive medicine. Then Mike called my doctor back and had him give me the loading dose. I did exactly as my doctor and Mike told me do and today my medication is still working Thank you, Mike, I am forevergrateful!”

Despite it being late into a national holiday, I got excellent service from both Heather at the Pharmacy and Marilyn on the floor. Was greeted warmly as I entered and was impressed with the genuine helpfulness of Marilyn. Sometimes all it takes is good people to turn a place around.”

In desperation, I called this Walgreens to ask questions about FedEx pickup, and Nichole, who answered the phone, actually went online and gave me what info she could from the FedEx website! (The package I'm expecting is a new phone--this one won't go online properly) I was so impressed by the level of empathy she displayed, and the customer service she epitomizes. Thank you!”
“I generally have a good experience at this CVS. I think sometimes they’re really busy and I know they previously struggled with getting a full-time pharmacist and were having a lot of subs. I believe they have a full-time pharmacist now and she’s super sweet. They service a lot of people and they obviously get bogged down during busy times, but everyone’s always been nice and they’re obviously doing their best. The people working at the front of the store are also very friendly. :)”
