“Kroger on Arch Avenue has been a stable on the east side of the City of Waynesboro for many many years. Recently, it seems they have done subtle changes to the store and layout. There is a great amount of parking along with a small gas and convenience store in the parking lot. I do think they could use more employees on the the floor but there a couple employees that have been here for years and always available if you need help. Anytime, I'm on this side of town, I use this Krogers.”
“Latisha was the highlight of my Walmart visit today 5/2. I had a question about a price discrepancy, and she was so helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. Instead of just pointing me in a direction or giving a quick answer, she took the time to answer my questions and personally walked with me to the aisle to help sort everything out. That kind of service is rare and made a huge difference in my experience. I normally avoid Walmart because customer service can often feel hard to find, but Latisha made the Staunton location shine today. I hope this store knows what a valuable employee they have in Latisha. I also noticed her remaining professional despite another employee speaking to her disrespectfully, which made her composure and professionalism even more impressive. Don’t let others negatively make you lose your shine! Go Latisha!”
“They always have my prescriptions ready the same day they are sent in. They are super friendly and helpful. I never have any issues. So glad to use this pharmacy and be away from the big chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens which never had my prescriptions in stock or ready the same day.”

“I must say, the Pharmacist does a Wonderful job at representing GOD. He truly Cares :D I've been with them for a few years now and their attentiveness, care and concern has never changed. Anyone can call themselves Christians, but it feels so good to truly be under the care of Real ones! He doesn't have it say it, he portrays it. And, when it comes to your Health, that Matters. So, I'd recommend anyone, especially the elderly, someone living alone and/or dealing with chronic health issues to consider Fishburne Pharmacy. They even deliver right to your door! Trust me, you can't go wrong with them. I know I didn't.. And, I'm so glad I can now leave this review to show viewers, and Them, my Appreciation. ?”
“Conveniently located just inside the store. Staff are very helpful and the line usually moves quickly. RXs phoned in normally available for pick up in 2-3 hours. For RXs transmitted by the medical providers office, you will get an automated message when it's ready. Most items are in stock but if not, then it's usually only 1-2 days before the have it in stock. Vaccines are available on a walk-in and appointment basis. Pharmacists are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and will provide assistance with OTC products as well.”

“Today was my first experience at this pharmacy. I switched because, if you’re familiar with other area pharmacies you would know that all of them are short staffed and you have to wait days to get scripts. I called before going to pick them up and was told that my scripts would be ready in an hour. I arrived, the line was long but that’s to be expected in this area. Staff was friendly, even came out to sanitize counter area after a mask wearing, presumably sick customer left. Definitely a pleasant experience. Scripts were actually ready! Thank you”

“In general, yes, they are very helpful. Today however, pharmacist felt the need to question my husband about whether or not I had tried anything else for pain. They have my prescriptions on file and this was 5 days for post op neurosurgery. I think I will listen to my doctors, but thanks for the concern.”

“A couple of years ago I left a 1 star review after dealing with countless issues from the pharmacy staff. I dreaded coming to CVS every single month. There was always an issue, the staff was always confrontational and unhelpful (besides Janice who has always been an angel doing her best every single day), it was a nightmare. I stopped coming here for about a year, but back in January I decided to try with them one more time since they’re the closest to my house… and my experience has been wonderful. I’ve been able to pick up all of my meds on time or a day or 2 early. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Janice seems to be the only remaining staff member from that group and she still is the sweetest, most helpful person ever. I hope the current staff is treated / paid well by corporate to encourage them to stay because they work great together and Staunton is lucky to have them!”

“CVS at the West Broad location is a very nice store and pharmacy. They offered a wide variety of products from self care, home, and personal needs. I frequent the pharmacy a lot at this location and everyone has always been very friendly and offers knowledgeable helpful service - even when they are slammed with customers. As reminder to old and new customers, the pharmacy itself does close between 1:30-2:00pm everyday for lunch. There is plenty of parking at the front and side of the store. The West Broad location also offers drive through service. Please for effective and fast service for everyone have your barcode and method of payment ready, especially if there is a long line of people waiting, it’s just a nice courtesy and gets you through quicker as well.”

“I’ve been using the drive thru for quite awhile now and the pharmacy has ALWAYS stuck to their posted hours as well as the hours on their phone recording. The lady at the Stuart’s Draft /Tinkling Spring pharmacy desk and drive thru window, Ms Jenny, is wonderful. She’s fast and efficient, knowledgeable and patient friendly. I can say the same about the great pharmacist they have, Mr Logan. He is very patient (we have several family members with various monthly refills, as well as ver knowledgeable. It’s a great pharmacy at this store.”
“The lead pharmacist Kay is always on point! All of the staff is super friendly and understanding. Most of the time the drive thru is fast aside from peak times (lunch time or around 5). If you need anything complicated like insurance issues (prior auth, etc) you'll have to go inside which might take a little bit but they're efficiency and kindness makes up for it. Glad I switched to this location!”
