I like them a lot. I've used them since they opened their branch in Floyd, and they've always been polite and helpful, making me feel like a valued customer despite my very small amount of money I keep there, and my being a long haired bearded hippie, and all that. Great folks, in my experience.

Greedy , rude, and not courteous. They refused a payment on a debt.Way to go, Carter Bank and Trust, treat you local war veterans like dirt.!
