Delivery is sporadic with packages and mail. They’ll post reasons why they can’t deliver like they cannot access your driveway or your house even though you have a paved driveway and you’ve been home all day. They will state that they don’t have your stuff yet. It’s right there in a bin in the post office. And the guy that is behind the counter that you ask about your stuff is impersonal and rude. No wonder the USPS is in trouble

Always get the mail in the wrong box, never know where my mail is

If I could give zero stars I would. Full of excuses for everything!! If I could receive my mail differently I would. Elderly and others rely on the USPS to get bills delivered to them and sent to where they are supposed to go in a timely manner. Overall I'm disgusted with this post office

Used to rate this place 5 stars, but lately packages are arriving at the post office and not being delivered for 1 week to ten days. But they mark them as delivered.
I've discussed with the postmaster and he says he will handle it and then nothing happens for another week. My packages are still locked behind the door, inside the post office, waiting to be delivered. It's a shit show.

This review is meant for the management of this post office and my mail carrier, who are lazy, incompetent, and full of excuses. Everyone working at the front desk that I've interacted with have been outstanding.

Best service at any post office

I retract the review I submitted on Sept 12. The Floyd post office has a new postmaster. I spoke with him on Sept. 13, I get the impression he is very concerned about customer service. With new management we may see better customer service.

Five stars for my man Ben. Wow. What a treat. Wish I brought more packages so I could hang out with that guy more.

So sick and tired of NEVER getting my packages . Out for delivery and waiting all day for my package and they say I have to pick it up . To lazy to actually deliver it and do the job they are being paid for. Half the time they just leave the packages there and never even put them in the car. Been dealing with this for 5 years now and nothing has changed no matter how much I voice my complaints. Then when you go in to pick it up and see the old guy you just want to walk right back out the door . Rudest man I have ever met and he acts like you are down right annoying him by getting him to do his job. So fed up with absolutely everything about this post office .

This post office is a joke, I live in town and half the time I don't get my mail or it's always late. Don't even go inside if grumpy is working, miss w.h is the only one there that knows what's going on.

Older man behind the counter seemed like he didn’t even want to be there and refused to help with a shipping label emailed to my phone for mailing. There was another woman there who was perky and cheerful. I wish she had helped me instead.

Really great, really personal service!! Like known I've received anyplace else and I travel the country frequently. I have products shipped for my art events. This Post Office rep offered personal service for receipt of my packages, and even helped me to get them to my vehicle. OUTSTANDING!! Can I give 7 stars??

The US needs to scrap the entire USPS, and this store is no exception. If you walk in this store and it’s the guy working that day, you need to just leave. They have repeatedly lost my mail and packages, delivered them to the wrong address, etc. Once they tried leaving a note saying that my package wouldn’t fit in the mailbox, and I literally could not read it. The USPS needs to fire everyone they have and start fresh.
