The cool and nice staff give good, easy instructions and are super useful. Finished pieces are ready for pickup, fully glazed and ready for use, in about a week. They are durable through countless uses. For convenience, they sell beverages such as coffee and Coke. It is a wonderful experience and a Forest, VA gem.
