Just unnecessary fees. Staff can’t even explain what and how that happened having me wait for 30 minutes. Just avoid this bank especially if you are going to have business account. I’m going to close all four business accounts with this bank.

Not enough staff.Waited 30 minutes in drive through. Only one car ahead of me.Once I made it to the window.Only one teller was working both lanes.She needs help!!!I was on my lunch break!!Unacceptable wait times for Monday at 2:00 pm

If you're opening an account or getting a loan they're great. Need help after that, too bad. Horrible customer service.
