If you're opening an account or getting a loan they're great. Need help after that, too bad. Horrible customer service.

Closed my account yesterday. My debit card has been inactive for a week. This morning I work up to another debit transaction on an inactive card. No one will answer the phone or return a message. My account is closed. Leave me alone.

Plan on being here at least an hour...what does it matter anyway writing such things about a bank..they must think its a privilege to be able to come get what belongs to you in the first place
