Didn’t get the guys name but he cut my son’s 5 year rat tail completely off that he had been growing with out our permission like a wild person. Slow down on those clippers !! Yeah the hair will grow back but this was 5 years worth of length.

Shout out to Christine who answered the phone with the enthusiasm of someone who is about to get a root canal. After asking if this location can cut my two year olds hair, she answered with “it’s a child’s cut so yeah, I would assume so”. Unfortunately I can’t show the amount of attitude and sarcasm in her voice, but imagine it was an annoyed 15 year old talking to their parents and that’s what I got from Christine. Kinda doubt she’s gotten any awards for her customer service, but thankfully I won’t have to deal with her again, we’ll look elsewhere for a snip.

I went in today after I got off work to get a haircut I showed the lady the picture and she asked me what I liked about it and other questions regarding the picture which was great but the end result did not look good. The left side looked completely different than the right. The hair looked really choppy. And the sides and the back were extremely uneven for $20 it was not worth what I got . when I go into a salon I expect to get what I came for and this haircut did not meet my satisfaction. I will not be returning to this salon.
Requested style: I wanted face framing layers and I did not get that. I wanted shorter on the top layers very flowy long layers on the bottom

I just moved to Virginia two weeks ago and had no clue where to cut my hair. I did what anyone would do and went to Google to find a reputable salon (not Great Clips… hang in there). I found one that had good reviews, called ahead and confirmed their stylists could cut a precision pixie. I already had a pixie and just needed a trim/reshaping.
I went to the salon for my appointment and the stylist (as nice as she was) was missing the mark big time! I politely asked for her to tweek the cut as it was looking bowl-ish. The more she corrected the worse it was getting for me so I kindly said it was fine, paid the $65 and headed home. As soon as I got home I ran to the mirror and bawled my eyes out. It was BAD!
When my husband came home he saw how upset I was and offered to take me to Great Clips to fix it up. At this point I thought how much worse could it get.
My husband went in before me and gave the stylist, Amanda, a heads up about my cut and how upset I was. When I walked in she instantly saw what I was left with and assured me she could fix it. She jumped in like a pro and did her best to correct what I was left with and although it’s not my ideal cut (yet) she fixed it. She was my hero today!
Needless to say I will be forgoing the “salons” and going to see Amanda from now on. She is a rock star!
