She understood that I was facing a tight deadline and helped to ensure that all my assets would be printed, assembled, and shipped so as to ensure a timely delivery. This was probably the best customer service experience that I’ve ever received and I cant thank her enough for all of her help.”

“Super friendly people and the most efficient shipping experience I've had anywhere! I was nervous to try sending my package again after the lady over at the Clay Street post office tried to scam me into paying $54 to send my 1.2lb box after a long wait in line. The man at the Boonsboro USPS window was honest and gave me the $14.55 shipping cost without me needing to show him the screenshots I took of the postal service website. “The employee at this store (177778) is so pleasant and offered to save my file on her computer so when I come in text time, it’ll be ready if I pre order. She walks to the printing machine and helps me print my file — even with other customers in store. Great multitasker. She is an amazing employee and I will always use her store because of it!”
