“I had the pleasure of shopping at the SafGard Store in Lynchburg, VA on July 31,2024. The store associate, Dean, was most helpful in finding a work boot that I had used before. He also offered very helpful advice on selecting a second pair of Sketchers Slip In Composite Toe shoes. He was very attentive to my needs, taking all the time needed for me to decide. Dean also has an outstanding personality for dealing with the public. He made my shopping trip a pleasure.”

“I liked that they had a good variety of clothes for plus size women. I wanted to try things on but their rooms were closed. They reassured me that I could bring back what didn't fit. The clerk was very friendly and let me know what the policy was for returns. Very professional!”
“Great experience at this store, specifically with Steven the manager and Drake. Both of them were super helpful even when it was near closing and they had lots to do to prepare for a store inspection. They both had great attitudes, very helpful and professional never pushy. They gave options and explained and answered our questions that we had. The store is clean and well organized. They went as far as giving us different options for them to lace the shoes, and went as far as opening new boxes that were shipped to the store to go through then and find the specific shoe that was in stock, you would be lucky for other retailers to even look. I was impressed by these two class acts and hope that this review gets seen by management to let you guys know that these 2 are doing an amazing job!! Hopefully they are correctly compensated work the quality and standard of work that they do. If not hopefully on their next review. Outstanding job gentlemen!!”

“Talk about customer service! I purchase a pair of sketchers in July and then packed them in my suitcase (without the box) without wearing them. Sometime after arriving in my home in North Cyprus, I discovered they were actually two different (tho quite similar) shoes! They sat in my closet for 8 months, never able to be worn but I just could not throw them away. I made a short visit back to Lynchburg last week. I decided to bring the shoes to try to exchange them. I was SO happy that they did!!!!! They took some responsibility for not noticing the error! Good people! Bless you!!! I’ll be back! (And now happily wearing these great shoes!) ?”
“I usually don’t take our babygirl to get her shoes her father do. He was working late so I had no choice. So my daughter picked out 2 pairs of shoes and we proceed to check out. One pair the guy said they only had a 9.5 so I asked the young lady could she check to see if they had a bigger size. She respond yes ma’am. She looked and there was a larger size. I had lost my card so I had to use my Apple Pay well I did and it kept saying declined. I said no way I have money in my account. I’m new to this iPhone stuff so let me tell you how Awesome Morgan Moss is…. She was so patient with me never once got mad because the store was packed she had a long line!!! But she helped me unlock my wallet so I could pay for my daughters shoes!!! I wish we had more people like her!!! JDS y’all have something special with her!!!
