“Bought a 2-in-1 Softball training net (one where you throw the ball and it'll bounce back to you). When I got home, I discovered one of the pieces hadn't been made correctly and was missing a drilled hole. I called the store and they said I could swap the piece for one from another box. The folks behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Although I did not wander through the fishing section, I could see they had a lot to offer.
