“Service is wonderful! We get our daughter’s dance shoes from here regularly. This year her studio had different brands for shoes and Carolina Connection was able to order them for us. There is a bit of a wait sometimes since this location isn’t the main store, but if I don’t want to go to the Roanoke one or a dance store in Charlottesville, this one is convenient. Sometimes they already have the needed shoes at the Roanoke store and can bring them over. Our shoe order took maybe two weeks to get, but we ordered well ahead of the start of the dance season. Usually they call when the order comes in, but if I’m already in town, I’ll stop by when they are open and check. They also have a decent selection of leotards.”

He asked a lot f good questions, taught me, measured my feet, and had the utmost patience as he had me try on different shoes. “Any sporting goods stuff I need, I check here first. Great staff, pricing is typically great, the rewards program is awesome, and they'll even buy back equipment so long as it's in good working condition.
If you want to start with just about any sport, this is a good spot to try before going all out and spending too much on brand new stuff that you'll only use a handful of times.”
“Just got my engravings done for a few weapons and they were super kind and fun people to hang around with while I was there. My engravings came out professional and Scott did a great job showing me the different ways I could get it done and made sure everything was perfect before he engraved. Wes was super kind as well talking about how they got into making cans! These guys very obviously care about their work and the people who are customers. All of my future engraving will be done here and my next suppressor purchase will be through these guys as well. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough for engraving or your next can!”
