“We had to do an emergency replacement of our tires on an 11 hour trip and this was the closest Good Year store! They got us in and out on the same day within a couple of hours! Fantastic customer service. Would recommend if you quality tires and want good customer service !”
“Thank you David and Dale! I was blown away by my experience at the Old Forest Rd RNR. I ran over a screw in a nearby parking lot . It was after 5 PM so my normal mechanic was already closed for the day. I googled “tire shops near me” and saw RNR. They close at 6 PM and I got in the door at 5:45. They stayed late and got the tire plugged. The best part, it was COMPLETELY FREE. I didn’t buy the tire there, I’ve never been a customer there, I showed up 15 minutes before they closed, and ,still, they fixed my tire for FREE.”

From the Manager Joel to his assistant Jessica, they kept me in the loop to let me know what the repairs would cost and how soon my car would be back in my possession. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed correctly and expeditiously!”
“Went to AID Tire to get a tire patched. They were quick and professional about getting the tire on. We I returned, I had requested that they also mount the tire, but sadly I could not wait. I came back early the next morning and they were able to put the tire back on for me quickly.

“I was overdue for an oil change and state inspection, so called around to a few places to see where I could get them both done on short notice and in a timely manner. When I called here I spoke with Terry, who was professional and friendly on the phone and said he could fit me in. He was there when I got there, and was able to get them both done that day as promised.
I hate going to mechanics about as much as I do dentists, so it was refreshing to find one who seems honest and didn’t pressure me to buy a bunch of crap I didn’t immediately need. That said, as long as Terry is still there, I’ll be going back when I need new tires.”

“I called the tire department first thing this morning in distress that my car needs a tire as i found it flat after a long night shift. I explained I commute from Danville and don’t feel safe to use my spare to get home and then had to drive back home and then travel to work tonight. I was very emotional… but then Albert kindly walked me through what tire I would need and advised he would do his best to work me in. Albert continued to show some much compassion when I arrived that he explained he wanted to see if he could fix my tire or change it quickly so I could get rest. Albert worked so promptly and fixed my tire. He went above and beyond to fix my tire and assure me that I don’t need to buy a tire at this time. Albert made my week. He showed me that in the midst of chaos there are such good people in this world. Truly some of the best service I’ve had in a very long time!!!!!”
