Had a great time chatting while I waited.It was a minor repair repair that I definitely wasn't expecting to be free, but definitely appreciate. I'll be back when it's time to replace tires on our cars for sure.”

The owner listened and took notes regarding everything I said was going on with my car. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for last two years but I think I’ll stay here from now on. They have great service, good waiting area and mechanics looks more reliable compared to other 5-minute-oil-change shops. I initially went for state inspection but rejected due to suspension issue, and they handled professionally with fair price. Definitely revisiting for oil change and maybe bigger repair if something happens. 10/10 recommended.”

“This is the place to go!! Went to a "do it all" place and was told they couldn't put my BRAND NEW 3 year old tires on. They had stickers on them, and were PERFECTLY fine. Called this place and they said they would inspect them and let me know. One of the guys talked to us while the other went out and checked the tires. Within 5 minutes they were pulling my car back to put them on. The waiting room was nice and cool, clean, and offered tv and magazines to kill time with. It took about 45 minutes and I was ready to go. They topped off the air in all of my tires too, which was nice. Staff was SUPER friendly and treated us like people, which was wonderful. My dad and I left beyond pleased. I'll be using them for my Hondas needs, going forward.”

“The lady at the Cafe was a complete b**** to my disabled wife. We both work in food service and know how difficult customers can be so we always treat service workers with respect but this lady was jumping down my wife's throat for no reason and being very short with her despite my wife just kindly ordering her food. If she was one of my employee's (I am a general manager of a fast food chain) this lady would be written up and no longer working the register. We will no longer be shopping at the Cafe at the Lynchburg VA location.”
