“I woke up to a flat tire the morning I was supposed to go on a trip to see my son who was on leave from the Navy. I called Mr. Tire based on a recommendation from a friend. Victor was super friendly on the phone, told me they could help me out as soon as I got there. AAA came, put on my spare, and I went up to Mr. Tire. They were friendly, Understanding, and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Victor also initially thought I was going to have to replace all four tires, because that’s the way Subarus are, but then they discovered that my other tires were new enough that they didn’t have to. They could’ve sold four tires and I never would’ve known any better. I appreciate a business I can trust, I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to others.”

Our family has been coming here since we moved to the area in 2011, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for maintenance or tires. Woody and his team are incredibly friendly—they’ve really taken the time to get to know us, and they even greet my wife and me by name. “Went to a different shop thinking I needed an alignment. Found out it was my tires that were dangerous to drive on. They suggested harris tire shop. Had my tires delivered in 20 minutes. The tires were here before I was. and have only been here for roughly 15 minutes and my car is being worked on now. When I tell you I called and they told me to come on now they'd get me set up THEY DELIVERED. 10 out of 10 recommend this place and I will make the 45 min drive to get their service from now on. Its that worth it guys”

“Kate was GREAT! My son's car needed several things done in preparation to sell it and one of the issues was a challenge since it was a 2008 Audi TT. Kate worked with the technician Chris to really think outside the box to suggest a fix for the issue we had been dealing with for over a year so it would pass state inspection. She really advocated for me and got the car ready to sell at a reasonable price! That isn't something I have experienced anywhere else! Thank you!!!!”

“Overall great experience with them. I had them do an alignment, two new tires, and replace the tire on my spare. Everything was reasonably priced and very transparent. The garage was spacious, well-lit, and surprisingly tidy and clean. The people at the desk as well as the mechanics were friendly, helpful and professional.
I’ve had pretty negative experiences with multiple other alignment/tire related places around Forest and Lynchburg, so it was a relief to finally find a good shop. I will be going back in the future. I was recommend to this shop by a friend who also had repeated good experiences here.”

“I noticed I had a flat tire on a Tuesday. I immediately ordered new tires and setup an appointment to have them installed on Saturday. Reading older reviews, I called ahead of time to make sure they really had my tires Saturday morning. The female that answered was pleasant and confirmed they were there. Once at the store I was greeted by a kind technician whom I asked to please put my spare back under my vehicle for me and he assured me that he would do his best. He also told me that they were running behind that it could take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I was surprised to receive a call 45 minutes later that my vehicle was complete. The gentleman that checked me out was also super kind. Reading some reviews I was weary of the service that I would receive, but all around start to finish every person I dealt with was wonderful. I will also add that no one tried to upsell me or suggest I needed additional parts. I call it a win”
