I had checking account and my friend wire transfer money to it there was a mistake at her bank and she got it fixed but they consider it fraudulent and closed my account after it's been over three weeks and they haven't gotten back to me they said I owe the money I took out and I agree to pay that back but they haven't sent the money back to the person that sent the money and they said they were going to do that. Every time I ask them what's going on they say where working on it, I called there fraud department and they said I have to talk to the branch manager about it. Why can't I get a answer from anyone.

I drove across town to use the coin machine, since I'm a customer. It was down, BUT the tellers BOTH offered to count my change BY HAND!! They said it had been busy all Sat. Am, but they had a few minutes. They counted out $80 in quarters when the bank began to get crowded again. THAT was just one example of the great customer service I get at this bank.I am very appreciative of both their customer service and pleasant attitudes!!

The app has good qualities, but MOBILE DEPOSITS TAKES “DAYS” TO GO THROUGH PROCESSING. Most banks it be 5hrs the max. Further more their local banks customer service could be more friendly.

Deceitful. I was in the process of closing an account and the rep said that I had to transfer out the remaining balance in order to close it. I did that. And once I did it, she said I could keep the account open with a $300 balance. So I put back in $300. And then, for the 2 minutes my account fell below $300, they charged me a service fee. If a bank will stoop so low to collect a $5 service fee, they must really be in trouble.

Another bank that I’ve been with for over two years that will not help you get a commercial loan the loan offer named Seth talked to me about a loan told me I had to put down 30k on a 185k with my credit score @710 I told him let me think about it in a week I’ve then tried to reach out text email and even calling the real estate loan officer that did help me named RJ he’s a good person to deal with but Seth from the Roanoke branch terrible. Never did he tried to get back with me. So I called up to the branch and asked them what was the problem why is it so hard is it because I’m I don’t know Jennifer said come on bye and close your account then. But I went to the branch and I told them I was going to close the accounts and the lady named Jennifer closed them out with no hesitation no question why or anything never tried to see why I was leaving just quickly to write the checks to get me out of their. I showed growth in money everyday with two companies and they use your money but don’t want to give you no lead way. Not a good bank

Wanted to open an account at this bank....primarily because they are open Saturday mornings. Walked in at 9am on the dot and one of the 3 people present said someone would be with us shortly. We stood around and waited....and waited. One employee meandered around booting up a computer and fiddling with items on a credenza, another continued counting money. After standing there for TEN MINUTES and being totally ignored other than the initial greeting we left. Obviously, this bank has little to no interest in new customers/accounts. Bye-bye.

I love all the Atlantic Union Banks I visit in Virginia, customer service is the reason why I bank with them. This location was wonderful as well, but should reconsider training Justin. He attitude isn’t very nice, he tends to respond to you as if you’re d**** When I’m fact I knew exactly what I was talking about. The two ladies at this location were wonderful, on a positive note.

So very nice and beyond helpful. I got a new a account threw them my card hadnt came in the gave me a temporary card and transferred my check to my new account. I didnt ask but for a voided check and was wondering where my new card was. They went above and beyond for me and im so very greatful. With christmas around the corner them fixing my check was amazing.

I have been using this bank my entire life and have never had an issue with them, the people are so caring and friendly no matter what location you go to and their policies are great. They have a very easy to navigate mobile app and I will NEVER leave this bank.
