“I broke down on I-81 on a Sunday evening. My transmission quit pulling. I got a hotel room at Kingsport TN and began looking for my best option. I called the transmission shops in the area. Soon as I called this transmission shop I knew this is where my car is going. They sent a flatbed wrecker to pick my car up. He ordered a transmission and it came in the next day. He pulled my transmission out so he could install the new one as soon as it arrived. If you find yourself broke down and reading the reviews, I’m telling you, this is the shop and owner you want to replace your transmission ! I can’t thank the owner enough. He is honest and will accommodate you anyway he can.”
“Absolutely the best service and the best people! Can't beat the price, service, or the genuine great hospitality. Nobody likes breaking down, but I was blessed to have truck issues near their shop. I was so impressed I scheduled an oil change, tire replacement, and a sensor issue I've been having. I work out of town a lot and this place is halfway from my house to the current job site I'm working on. Even if it wasn't I'd drive the 3 and a half hours from my house, because they are honest and fair in every aspect of business. Can't say enough kind words about this business!”
