“First time ever going there. Was referred by a friend as a place to wash my dogs. Was very pleased with their dog washing stations. Ended up walking around and shopping. Friendly staff. I will definitely be visiting here more often.”

“The staff are always friendly here. And I usually find a great stuff, including grocery products that are cheaper than Walmart. Found monkfruit sweetener $3 cheaper than Walmart, same brand, same size. I always get collagen powder here for $5 dollars than when the same size is on sale at Publix and $12 cheaper for the same size of Vital Proteins at Walmart. Just the other day I unexpectedly found some deals for Christmas gifts with pajama bottoms for men and delicious smelling candles for my mom. And when I moved into my home 2 years ago with nothing but a bed and a dresser, I bought a ton of kitchen, guestroom, and living room items, including my wonderful comfy couch. Big Lots has become one of my fave places to shop for all the deals I can find there.”

“I can't say I love Big Lots, but every once in awhile you do find a bargain there. I already put up 9 trees and this Christmas season took a look in Big Lots for more decorations. I found instead this pair of 44 inch flocked trees in little square pots with white lights already on them, $35 for the pair. I know my prices and that is cheap. I've seen tiny tabletop flocked ones for $20 each in other stores, so I grabbed these. The cashier told me I could get an additional 10% off for signing up for a discount card (not a credit card) and I did. This store seems well stocked, clean and the people who work there seem nice and helpful. I do think some of their items are overpriced, but it's worth it to browse and maybe find a great bargain.”

I don't go here often but I usually get great deals and good customer service and to me that is a plus. “I love shopping here because everything is affordable and cheap. There is a wide variety of home decor; you don’t have to dish out a large amount of money to make your home look nice. It’s so much better than driving all the way to Burlington or Gabe’s. Since it is right across the street from me, I also occasionally come here for junk food.The only downside is that some of the stuff they sell is low quality. So you may want to be careful buying curtains or sheets, because the fabric may fray. But then again, you get what you pay for. The store can also use a major upgrade.”

“I love all things makeup and beauty and Ulta is definitely my go-to, but Sephora has some amazing products too! They have a Moroccanoil Treatment Hair Oil, that works wonders in my hair. The customer service was good; no complaints there :) I even spoke with one of the workers about the bags under my eye, and she put me on to a caffeine under eye cream that's actually been working -- I've had it for about a month now.”

“I ordered an item unavailable for shipping. It was store pick up only, which I rarely do. I parked and waited about 10 minutes for my item to come out. Several others got there after me and received their items and left before me, however they had small bags with just a few items. I had ordered an item that was in a large box. And probably stored in a different area. Either way, it still didn't take long. Oh and please let me add, my pickup day was Black Friday and time was noon. To say they were busy is an understatement. I also observed workers having very polite conversations with other customers. So many times, this store gets a bad reputation. But today, they diminished that and restored my faith in their customer service.”

There was always an abundance of mostly everything a soldier would need. The only time I remember them being out of stock for one or more stocked item; was pt reflective belts when an incoming class of soldiers just showed up for further training and all 500 needed a reflective pt belt for running at O dark thirty. Fort Lee Virginia was an awesome duty station for me; but I have nowhere else to compare to.”
