“Was listening to employee Michael Noel talk about his recent bout with covid-19. I noticed while he told his tale, he was cooking food to put in a display case and for a customer. HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK! Between ringing up customers and going back to cooking food HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!This is the same kid who hides in cooler trying to scare people as they open door to grab a drink. He yells Hooty Hoo and amuses himself while poor girl at register is forced to work alone while there's a line of people waiting to check out and get back to their jobsThis store is really going down hill. I've shopped here for twenty years, and like the rest of my church congregation, I think I'll have to switch to WaWa.”

“I've been going to this location since I was a kid, and I've never had any bad experiences. It's very small, as most GameStop stores are, but they usually have anything you want. If they don't, they'll call the neighboring Colonial Heights location (about 10 minutes away) and check with that store to see if they have what you need. Customer service is pretty decent here and checkout is pretty quick, but only two people are working at a time on a regular day from what I've observed, so you might wait a few minutes to get to the counter during random busy times.”

“They helped me get my phone on the EBB program, which is a govt program that will temporarily pay your phone bill if you qualify. I had qualified, but it wasn't working and their phone and internet cs was not helpful at all. The worker had it up and running in 5 minutes.”

“Applying and processing was quick and easy. However, for some reason my auto pay was stopped and I signed up again for autopay and it stopping AGAIN! With all the scams going on, I have trouble trusting all the emails and text messages and feel like once I sign up for autopay, it should not require additional signups! “Service is pretty friendly, though I think there could be improvement on training and communication. Since this location has opened I've been coming here because of the high quality customer service. Today though left me scratching my head. I stopped by around 6:17pm to play the Powerball. I asked for seven quick picks and was told that she couldn't do that number, so I asked for six quick picks, and she only ran three picks for me. Not sure why, I spoke clear and loud, and I've played six and seven numbers on powerball here before so I was confused as to why this employee could not ring me up for it. Perhaps there was a technical issue that she couldn't tell customers about ?. Hopefully it'll work better next time.”
