I have used this group twice. They are very expensive and charge travel time from their home office. Both times they have damaged some of my effects. Also the second time they lost some of my belongings. Which have never been returned or found.

As an update, this company told me if I took down my review they would offer us a free service. This kind of business practice is dishonest, shady, and disgusting. Rather than making the situation right, they are blackmailing us.

The movers worked hard and were very nice. DC row-house stairways are tight, so some damage is typical, but Greg and Frank came out and fixed it. I'd recommend letting them know beforehand if you have tight stairways so that they can plan accordingly.
