“Best ever experience at the Franklin, VA location! Went in on 05/11/25 to get several large 2'x2' porcelain pavers to finish a project. On first encounter, Tequwan didn't hesitate to assist and immediately went to get help and Benjamin came with the forklift. They pulled out the pallet, and helped go through the stacks of pavers, one by one, to make sure they were not damaged. They were very professional, provided lighthearted conversation, and worked really well together as a team to get the job done efficiently. We have previously purchased these pavers at other Lowe's locations in Hampton, Newport News 0420, and W. Chesapeake and did not receive this level of service; we struggled a bit by ourselves. I hope Tequwan and Benjamin can be recognized with an incentive, raise, or bonus for a job well done!”
