“Pharmacist on duty . Sorry I missed his name Africa American pharm D. You know who you are. You were on duty 2/20/23.7.30pm He was full of empathy. Things were very busy in the back but he was non judgmental, took my prescriptions and told me it would be ready in 20 mins..and he was right. I have switched to Walgreens. He is not lazy. I am in healthcare as well and I know it can be hectic in the back as sometimes pharmacists dont even get a lunch break. The ladies working with him were very profesional as well. Rite aid needs training from you guys”

Sophronia, the coffee shop manager, has a great amount of experience from working in the Franklin Starbucks and is always greeting you with a friendly hello and a smile. Only some of the people have come and gone, but the quality of service has not changed at all. The coffee shop, Daily Dose has been awesome. Such sweet, friendly service.
