No one picks the phone up, they are lazy and probably go out of business because Franklin isn’t use to this poor service! No cap!

Horrible drive thru. They allow customers to sit and wait while they fill prescriptions for them so prepare to sit in line stuck for an hour per vehicle that decide to fill and wait at window. They dont force customers to move. I will be changing pharmacies for me and my daughters diabetic supplies now

Worst pharmacy ever. Takes multiple days to get orders filled. Showed up on 8/13/2026 15mins before their schedule lunch and they served the individual in front of me then closed the counter in my face. 15mins early! Worse place ever
