This AT&T was absolutely amazing and helped my husband and I tremendously. The representative helped us a great deal as well as gave us good deals and great customer service. AT&T must continue to train their employees in understanding AT&T only expects excellence in servicing customers. Also, excellence requires patience that exceeds industry practices. In such rewards should be given to employees. I had a wonderful experience.
