“If I could give more stars I definitely would. I walked in and was helped immediately. Trey was so knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire experience. I upgraded from and iPhone 13 to a 17. He recommended so many great services (i.e. autopay benefits, phone accessories, etc) I’m glad I chose to pickup my new device from this location. Trey really went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I needed… and explained new features of my new phone. “I was having a problem with my cell phone. It was not functioning inside my house but worked fine away from the house and in the store. Skylar was very knowledgeable and did all she could to help me. Eventually, it was found to be a tower problem and was corrected by the evening.”

“Well all I wanted to do was to change my phone number so I called customer service 611 guy kept telling me hang on I've got your package here and information so hang on must have been on the phone for at least 45 minutes with him just trying to get my number changed. So he said besides changing my number then we're going to charge me a total of $17 also take two or three hours to get my number so I waited I waited and I waited nothing happened the next day meeting today I want to T-Mobile store and the guy that was working there got my number changed it took less than 5 minutes. And didn't charge me at all so I think somebody at customer service was trying to scam me for money like I said I didn't even get my phone number so the moral of the story if you need something done it's probably better just to go to T-Mobile store itself because the person I talked to could barely hear him kept asking him to raise his voice and he didn't listen kept mumbling I couldn't even understand him a big shout-out to the person that helped me out at T-Mobile store thank you”

“Customer service rep Rue is outstanding and deserves a manager position one day in her travels. I purchased an Iphone 16 and called the toll free number for setup and the customer service rep spent a couple of hours with me on the phone and could not activate the phone due to SIM card issue. Everything else was done up til that point. And then called the day after and got another rep and he followed same steps using my Android phone with camera to show me the steps, I was then instructed to send the phone back for a replacement
but the customer service rep at the South Point area shared she wanted to give it a try. 15 seconds, the phone was activated. Thank u Rue for ALL your help. ❤”
