“I had the pleasure of working with Carrie on one day and Korrie on the next while replacing a work phone and a personal phone on back to back visits. Let me just say that they were both extremely professional and more than capable. No offense to Verizon, but both seemed over qualified. Like most people, I've had numerous experiences visiting Verizon stores in different parts of the state. This was the first visit where employee's really knew what they were doing and didn't need on the job training from several different other employees or mangers. I don't want to leave anyone else out at the branch that did not get to help me, as everyone there seemed exceptionally trained and knowledgeable. Verizon should retain these two individuals at all costs in my opinion. If I go back, there is no question that I will be asking for either Carrie or Korrie!!”

“Went to this store to get my Galaxy S20 screen replaced. I had a crack, which left pixelated streaks across my phone and eventually affected its swiping and use. I came to the gentleman here and they did an amazing job replacing the screen. Again, my phone was 4 years old. Now it's essentially brand new. It did cost for the part and labor but I was willing to pay that than 10 times the amount for a brand new phone. Would recommend coming back!”
