I was having to cancel my account with Cox due to moving.
The process was easy and quick and answered all questions I had as well as being so pleasant
I will be a return customer if and when I need Cox services in the future.

Terrible litterally 0 stars have an issue with WiFi going offline in my community for hours at least once/twice a week and never any adjustments to bill
