Let me just say that they were both extremely professional and more than capable. No offense to Verizon, but both seemed over qualified. Like most people, I've had numerous experiences visiting Verizon stores in different parts of the state. This was the first visit where employee's really knew what they were doing and didn't need on the job training from several different other employees or mangers. I don't want to leave anyone else out at the branch that did not get to help me, as everyone there seemed exceptionally trained and knowledgeable. Verizon should retain these two individuals at all costs in my opinion. If I go back, there is no question that I will be asking for either Carrie or Korrie!!”
