Kayla was an awesome representative. I was having online trouble but not only did she assist me with getting my unit she let me know easier ways to access my unit and she delivered amazing customer service. I had spoken with another with another representative (unfortunately :( I do not remember her name) but she was so kind and informative about how the move out process worked. Mark was incredibly friendly and kind. He made my unit turn in an easy experience. My dad recommended Extra Space Storage, this location specifically, and I see why. From start to finish I was provided with excellent customer service and a trusted environment for my belongings. If I ever need service again this is my chosen location! Going forward this is my recommendation to my friends and family.

The customer service of Kayla ( hope i spelled it right) is amazing! However a 100% rate increase 3 months in is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Regardless if notice is sent out or not. You do not bait people in with a palatable price tag of $50 and then jump the rate to 100 like that. If it was not for Kayla, I would have already canceled and taken business elsewhere.

While I'm not familiar with a lot of the staff at the location I use, I am very familiar with the store manager Kayla! She has always gone above and beyond to make me feel heard in regards to my questions or concerns about my unit. She was super helpful with changing units, replacing locks, the whole nine yards. I'd stay at her location purely because of her kindness.
