The staff was very nice and helpful, I usually love the jewelry but I purchased some earrings and before I left the store I checked my bag and a pair of earrings broke! Other than that I really enjoyed my shopping experience here

Today, on February 13th I came into store to look around. The girl who was working today around 5pm was awesome. She was very attentive to her customers & helped me and a friend…very satisfied with customer service.

I love Francesca's. I find all the stores have very personalized, friendly service. Victoria helped me find some great earrings for my daughter on my last visit. She pointed out the specials and directed me to some other cute Christmas gifts. My daughter even found her homecoming dress here.
