Shelby is fantastic!!! Such a lovely and bubbly personality. She greeted me the minute I walked in, told me about all the cool sales going on and was more than happy to help me find some Helluva Boss shirts. I went back to the store to purchase a mini back pack for a friend and a Shelby told me about a matching wallet that she found. Top notch customer service right there ???

As soon as I got into Better Menswear I was presented with the owner Mr. Parker and he was extremely friendly in pointing me in the right direction. “I walked in yesterday for the first time in my life. I was just having a daughters day with two of my daughters, and my one daughter loves Buckle. I am a curvy girl aswell as my other daughter, so I assumed this wasn't a store for us. I was so so wrong! We felt was seen, heard and shown such love! Had a blast! The first time in my life I was handed a pair of jeans that fit PERFECTLY on the first try. Same with my daughters. I finally had fun shopping. What an amazing experience ♡”

“It's okay, but this place needs better air conditioning during late springs/summers in 7B VA area.
They had a gigantic regular fan blowing in the store. However, the fan was no match against the outdoor temp of nearly 100 degrees.
I couldn't shop as long as I wanted because I was miserably hot.”

Then I mosey on throughout the store to find other deals such as appliances, shoe's, fragrances, handbags, or even wall art. This location is clean easy to navigate through with your basket. While waiting to check out the store has a plethora of goodies throughout the aisle such as chocolates, Chic water bottles, hair accessories, coffee also assorted teas, fashion jewelry and much more. If you are in the area and you're looking for a discounted store for your clothing also everyday need items I encourage you to check out the Ross Dress for Less store located just off of Jefferson Davis Highway”
“As we have a small Asian man in the family, this is a place to get sizes that fit. We are always graced with a friendly sales person (male and female) that will spend the time that it takes to choose the proper wardrobe & accessories. But we go there possibly once every four months we are greeted like old friends, which makes us feel appreciated.”
“All of the people who said “this store taxes too much” don’t understand the concept of verification fees and shipping. I just recently bought a pair of Yeezy 350s for 350$ and online it costed even more in my size. All of the other shoes that seem overpriced have crazy shipment fees, and verification fees online. For a place that resells shoes in person.. it’s sure as hell are worth your money.”

“I came into the store looking for jeans and wasn’t really sure what style or fit would work best for me.one of the workery took the time to help me find the perfect pair. Before leaving this review, I read some others and saw one claiming the store was racist, which surprised me. As a Black Hispanic customer, I felt very welcomed and comfortable the entire time. Everyone was kind, helped me with the fitting room, and checkout was quick and easy. My only suggestion would be having a wider selection of sweaters and shoes, but overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back”

We were greeted immediately by Anna and she was amazing. She walked with my daughter asking her what style and colors she liked and even helped her pick out outfits to try on. “Extremely clean, organize, well-structured store, easy to find items, clearance prices are decent, bathrooms are even clean, you can easily navigate throughout the store without it being hectic or overly crowded aisles are easy to push your cart through no filth lying around the floor very clean location.
