“Let me start off by saying it has taken me 6 months to write this and yes I’m still crying. And not because of the service I received from Found & Sons but because I miss my beloved pet Sophia! She was more than a pet she was and always will be a member of the family. A little spoiled rotten overly loved and very protective of me (her mommy for 16 years) She would bark, show her teeth and give you attitude yep all 6.5lbs of her coming to attack 😆
November 15, 2025 was one of the worst days of my life! My sweet baby passed away. I was devastated, I’ve had pets before but not like Sophia she was different..I also have cats and they too were heartbroken. I knew I had to try to get myself together. And I knew one thing was for sure that Sophia was being cremated. Because previously years ago, my hedgehog who passed away, I had her cremated so I went online and did some research and that’s when I came across Found & Sons. From the moment the lady answered the phone. I could just tell by her voice how she cared in the compassion that she had with helping me every step of the way. I took Sophia up there later that day and I was greeted with the upmost respect. And I apologize. I do not remember anybody’s name, but I spoke with several people during the entire process. But everyone I spoke with from the beginning stages all the way to the day they called me to come and pick up the urn. Everyone was so thoughtful and nice and compassionate and caring. There is not enough words for me to explain how grateful I am for them. And there isn’t enough stars on Google for me to give them because they truly deserve more than five!!!
