“We had such a great experience staying at the Hyatt Place! We were there for 10 days with my son’s entire baseball team, and I can truly say the hotel was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay.
A special shoutout to Ms. Connie at the front desk—she was hands down the best! She was always so friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for our families and our boys. Her kindness and hospitality made such a difference during our stay.”

“We were in town for a soccer tournament and the room was spacious, clean and inviting. We loved the ability to walk our dog to the community dog park and the kids played a ton on pool in the Clubhouse. We even attended a Kentucky Derby happy hour event which was really fun. The location was close to everything, including the Fred Nat’s so we took in a game. The management was really responsive and flexible with our check out schedule which was dictated by our games. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We see small roaches about once a week. We have been here for 90 days. Staff are friendly. Management is decent. Getting fresh bedding for long term stays is a pain in the ass. It's a roof over your head while you're transitioning unhoused in the area.”

“Great place to stop and rest. Stayed here last night on our way to our new home in Spotsy, and arrived very late, but staff was welcoming and friendly, and got us checked in with one pet and one service animal with no issues. They also helped me get some forms printed this morning, which makes my day a lot easier. Thank you so much to Ty and the other staff for the assistance!”

“Excellent location, walking distance to everything you could need. Clean, modern, and convenient with reasonable pricing. As other reviews have mentioned, the bistro and bar areas have minimal staffing so base your expectations accordingly. That said, the food we got from the bistro was perfectly fine - no complaints. If we’re ever back in Fredericksburg we’ll stay here again.”
