“The whole experience was great I walked in the door and was immediately to help by the friendly concierge. The young lady who helped me ( Michelle P.) was so helpful ,knowledgeable and so to my special needs daughter. I had gone to 3 different banks that were cold and indifferent (including the bank I have banked with over 30 years😒).The teller Gabby was so helpful too. “Went to PNC Chatham branch today to close out a loved who passed away account. I was helped by branch banker, Hayley Smallwood, and what an amazing, kind, and compassionate person and all out blessing she was. She made an experience that was painful a much more pleasant experience.
