Each time I visit I never have all the information needed to make a deposit for the company I work for but thanks to Stacy Hill who always offers impeccable service I manage to get my company's mission accomplished. On a side note she's incredible when it comes to whistling (on running joke) I left the drive thru while she was researching something and she found the info while I was at the rt1 stop light. “I've been banking at another military credit union who recently changed their name. In comparison, Navy Federal makes that CU look like a child's piggy bank. The Navy Federal app is great and not glitchy like the other CU. I feel that Navy Federal has put more money into on-line security and is more on the ball generally. Plus, everyone is always friendly when I go into a branch.”

She explained everything in great detail, answered questions, and walked us through the app. People like her employed at Navy Federal are the reason we love this bank. “We’ve been coming to this branch for a little over five years now. Unfortunately, there isn’t a Navy Federal location in Culpeper (it would definitely be nice to have one closer), so this has been the most convenient branch for us. We’ve been NFCU members for over a decade, and in our experience, it’s consistently been one of the best banking experiences we’ve had, with rates that have been very competitive over the years.
I wanted to highlight a recent visit where we worked with Reese. We came in to take out another auto loan after closing out a previous one, and there was a bit of an overlap where our old loan hadn’t fully cleared yet. Reese helped us navigate that situation from start to finish.
She was incredibly kind, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. It genuinely felt like we were speaking with someone who cared about helping us find the best option, and she took the time to understand our situation before moving forward.
In the end, she was able to secure us a rate that was better than we were expecting, and we were able to complete everything in under an hour. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

They don't offer a temporary card or even a mobile temporary card. Website is buggy. This bank is like stuck on in the 2000s......”

“Lost my ATM card. Linkbank policy says after you change addresses, you cannot get a replacement card for 30 days. Employees at this branch assisted me with an expedited card that was mailed to the branch and I got it in 6 days. Very grateful for the excellent service provided by Carleen, Kahronda and Bruce.”
