The customer service in their perfume department is top-notch. I couldn't find what I wanted initially, but I ended up with something much better, in my opinion. Great Ladies .

I found three outfits I like one on sale and one was a nono for my pocket other was too expensive even on sale but with the points and catch a sale you can get a five hundred dollar suit for three just got to do it right and at the right time...If I see something in Fred'burg I sometimes get from D.C. even cheaper or stay away from Macy's

Jaylynn and Vivian Get 5+ Stars for their customer service at the Fragrance Counter!! I was promptly warmly greeted by Jaylynn. I am a slow shopper, but she checked on me periodically. I sampled all the fragrances, and found a sample i couldn't identify, and Jaylyn and Vivian identified it!! Mission accomplished!! You have two stellar representatives Macy's, treat them like Gold!! I will come back again. I recommend Macy's Fragrance Counter.

I bought a dress online and went to return it with the tags still on it. The original packaging the lady was basically. We don't take returns past 30 days, no matter what. I got home and looked it up online and it actually says with tags and original packaging, it's 180 days. So not happy at all. I'm stuck with $100 dress that I can't wear or return now.

Their selection is great for clothing, but not a lot for men that need 3X or larger. The customer service is always professional and polite. The store is also normally kept very clean.
My biggest issue is the pricing. Most of what I go into the store to look at are too expensive and not worth the cost they want. I've normally taken shopping in their "Backstage" section where they keep the clearance merchandise. You can get some great deals there frequently. I would just not buy something if it's not on a good sale or clearance.

It was nice to visit one of my favorite retailers. This Macy had a wide selection of men's clothing and accessories. They had a nice Ralph Lauren Polo Department, which was where I found everything I wanted. Also The Last Stage or whatever the name may be for the discount section had a tremendous amount of men's clothing. Don't pass it by.
I'm sure during Macy's earlier more successful years this place had it all. Sad to because I'm committed to Macy's.

The Store Manager deserves 10 stars ⭐️!!! The ladies that work in cosmetics are rude, incompetent, busy bodies, and coworkers should watch their backs! I don’t live in VA. I was visiting family. When I needed to purchase some Clinique. No one was at the counter. I see and hear them in a huddle discussing a coworker’s personal affairs for everyone to hear. I walk up and ask for help. I was told that no one was available to help me at the Clinique Counter due to the regular employee being off. WOW!! There was no one available to get the products that I needed? I walk away after 4 out of 4 employees didn’t speak and acted like I was a bother. I took their picture. One shouted, “She took our picture!” They proceeded to follow me. I walk up to another employee who said they was management and wanted to know what the problem was. I explained. She said that they was acting the fool because of high shrink. What does that have to do with me, a paying customer? I requested the store manager!!! She was there in less than a minute. I explained what had happened and showed her the picture. She told me that should never have happened. She had the supervisor to come and give us a hand with the product as she was also trained to sell Clinique. They was out of stock. I left with a travel size kit. While she was helping me, others were in line to report them. She promised a better shopping experience for everyone as she was new to the store and was bringing it to Macy’s high standard. I’m posting their picture too!!! SMDH
