MinuteClinic at CVS provides easy scheduling and short wait times. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. Customers receive excellent customer service and great service. The doctors are nice and answer questions. Many customers have had positive experiences, with some being repeat visitors for over 3 years. However, some have issues with extra charges for test results. Overall, MinuteClinic is a recommended place to address medical issues with confidence and concern. Customers are satisfied and will return for future needs.
We were able to schedule our visit easily and for a time and date that was convenient. We did not wait for very long to be seen. The staff was professional and courteous.
