Beware! Scheduled a Covid test as I had done in the past at CVS Minute Clinics. This time I was billed for services I refused (did not need or want an exam, only a Covid test to determine if I was contagious, after coming in contact with someone with Covid). Turns out the test was negative. Was still billed for an exam even after refusing it.

It was super easy to get an appointment and the doctors/nurses who attended me were very nice.

Went there not long after the opened. Signed in a kiosk, said no appointments available. When one of the practitioners came out of room, I asked about what the system was saying. She told me if it stated no appointments, then there were none. I told her" there's no one in the waiting area" I then left. So much for " walk in clinic" this place is not what it used to be.

Scheduled appointments 3 different times through the online portal as I received notifications that each appointment was canceled immediately after scheduling. Decided to schedule on-site and explain my situation to staff who would not listen to me and instead very rudely tried to walk me through making an appointment that I had already attempted to do myself on the kiosk like a child. Finally got an appointment for the next day and received a notification that my appointment was canceled after my visit was already over. They clearly have issues with their online scheduling system and staff are extremely rude.

Walked in and waited for 15 minutes. Nobody helped me. Finally a lady comes out of a room to tell me I need an appointment. They do not so walkins. They make you schedule on the kiosk which is an appointment and not walk-in!! Very disappointed because according to the website they so walk in. Lies!!!

Went in for a rapid Covid test. The two ladies that were supposed to take the test were super rude with disgusting attitude. Refused to identify, acted like I was bothering them when I had an appointment. No greeting , one was busy on her Instagram the other one had an attitude that she hates the world. These people are a shame for any customer service people let alone "healthcare" representative.

terrible service starting from the time of the appointment I arrived on time and I had to wait for the person in charge of taking the test to call me so that I could do it myself, after 4 hours I did not receive any response of my result when they were supposed to the course of 1 hour would give me results by phone call, email, I had to return to the establishment and wait for them to print the test, when they are supposed to send all the information electronically within 1 hour, very annoying

I had a great experience. It was my first time going to a MinuteClinic but I needed a physical done for school in a flash and decided to go here. Check-in was in person and even though the wait was an hour, when I was seen by the nurse practitioner, it was if I were the only patient she had.She took her time, treated me professionally and explained everything she was doing before and during the procedures. Shots were administered ABSOLUTELY pain-free!And the cost was great! I will be going here again if I need non-urgent care again.

Bunch of clowns running this MinuteClinic. Don't even bother showing up after 7pm because they just lock themselves in their rooms and stop taking patients for the last 30 minutes of the day. Completely useless.

Are colds supposed to last 25 days? That’s what I just got told by a doctor on CVS’ website. If you think that’s crazy, continue reading.I typically go to this place because I have a sinus infection. I have a long history of sinus infections and needed sinus surgery. Often I get told it’s viral here. Then I have to go somewhere else to get antibiotics.Yesterday I went on CVS’ website and had an online visit for a sinus infection. I told the doctor I had been sick for 13 days. The doctor said I was halfway through a cold. Is he crazy? He thinks colds are supposed to last 25 days?I would not recommend going here for anything besides vaccinations.

This star is for the nurse . I want to express how helpful she was and how kind and funny she also was during my visit. The low stars however are because of the other nurse/doctor . She is a woman, and she had dreads. She was horribly unhelpful. I was there for something simple , I waited a while & even after being seen I was told that the supplies needed for why I was there , they did not have . I did use a work day & asked if I could still get a slip for my boss ( she’s a bit tough on getting things like that ) I did need something in order for my boss to excuse me missing a few hours without being at fault . & the doctor/ lady with dreads said NO . Because I was not “treated” then no I could not get any type of note . The other nurse offered to write a note & still, she said NO . I was told to show my boss my “mychart” email , which I never received . I have no email stating I was ever there, so to my boss it was unexcused & I was penalized for it .I honestly feel like , the reasoning I was not treated had nothing to do with me & was no way my fault. They didn’t have supplies , it’s a clinic, they should have everything there . Or say they can’t take certain patients because of them not having the supplies .Something . I still had to wait as if I was being treated , I waited in the waiting area, in the nurses room & even had to pee in a cup etc . I feel a simple note stating I was seen but not treated etc should’ve been given to me , because that’s literally all I needed .

Set up my appointment online and arrived half an hour early (I waited in my car per the instructions). After not receiving a call at my appointment time (which it said I would when they were ready for me) I waited a bit then went in. The sign said they were with another patient, so I waited. After a few minutes (and an HOUR after my appointment time and STILL no call), I knocked on the door. I advised of when my appointment was. The PA said she called at least 6 times between

I like these place. Great for stuff you really shouldn't need a prescription for. Every other industrialized nation in the world you can walk into the pharmacy, talk to the pharmacist can you get the medicine you need. Not in America, you have to go to a damn doctor and waste several hours of your life to get some medicine that could in no way harm you anyway. At least these places are almost like the common sense pharmacies you will find everywhere else in the world.
