“I recently went on a trip to Alaska and the Pacific Northwest and took dozens of Polaroids during the trip. I wanted to scan them so I could share them with my family, but the scanner at home kept making them blurry and almost pixelated. I looked up the nearby printing stores and picked Shelley Impressions because I wanted to support a local business and I knew I would get a much more personalized and caring experience.Mr. Pat scanned my Polaroids BEAUTIFULLY!!! He even made sure to put all the landscape orientated photos on one page and the portrait ones on another, which was an extra level of care that I found incredibly thoughtful. The photos are vibrant, but have retained the softness that I adore in Polaroids.If I ever need more photos scanned, then I'm going straight to Shelley Impressions.”

“The young lady who helped me this afternoon was fantastic. I am elderly and use a walker due to arthritis problems. She brought me over to a counter, provided me with a chair and then went to make the copies that I needed. She then advised me of my options for FedExing the envelope containing the copies. She made what would have been difficult for me a pleasure. She was delightful, but unfortunately I did not get her name. Great service, and I'm thankful.”

“Exceptional Customer Service. I went into the UPS to mail off a box consisting of baby congratulatory items. The box in which I were mailing the items in was too big in width but perfect length wise, and would cost more to ship the items to North Carolina. Evan, the sales representative suggested that I buy a box from UPS which would be a little more expensive to fit the items inside but much cheaper to ship in cost by $50.00. I did the switch out, paid for my box that arrived on time to its designation on Wednesday as estimated. I've been a customer of this UPS store and will continue to do business here. Highly recommend.”
