1 - Key not in lock box per check-in instructions. Found in the ignition after an anxious few moments of wondering how long I was going to have to wait for an employee to show up.
2 - Tie-down rail on driver side at the back no longer attached to the wall of the truck preventing using that back side to tie down furniture.
